All ultrasounds offered at our facility are paid out of pocket and not covered by insurance. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as ApplePay. 

You may bring up to 8 guests with you to your appointment. Children are welcome as long as they will be supervised by an adult during your appointment.

Water, Water, Water!!! 

Make sure to be plenty hydrated starting 7 days before your appointment. The more hydrated you are, the  better the quality of images we can obtain. This is in order to ensure there is an adequate amount of amniotic fluid around the fetus and that the fluid is clear. Drinking large amounts of water immediately before the 3D ultrasound appointment does not help to have clearer 3D ultrasound images. We recommend 64 oz a day of water for 4-5 days prior to your appointment. *You do not need a full bladder prior to your arrival unless you are coming in for a gender determination exam or an early heartbeat scan*

Our ultrasounds will last anywhere from 10-30 minutes of scan time. 

You can come in at anytime for a 3D/4D ultrasound! The most popular time frame is around 30 Weeks of pregnancy when the baby has a full face and features have developed.

Usually, but not always. Sometimes the baby is not in a good position, ie looking face down,  towards moms back, hands/arms over the face which, placenta location etc all which can cause difficulty seeing the baby’s face. If this happens, we will schedule you to come back in one week for free to try again. We make no promises that the images will be similar to those you might have seen elsewhere or even from our  studio, or that we can always meet everyone’s expectations. Every baby scans differently, depending on its gestational age, position, amount of fluid, and mother’s condition. We promise to make every effort to obtain the best possible images of whatever parts of the baby that can be seen.
